Microsoft Excel Data Binding Using VSTO .Net and csharp

This video is a demonstration on how to bind data controls in an excel document using csharp and Visual Studio Tools for Office. This tutorial uses Visual Studio.Net 2005 and Microsoft Office 2007 Beta 2
I couldn’t read what parameters he passed for the Update() method. Can someone please write that for me?

You can do this for Excel 2003 but with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008!

Too bad you can’t see what he’s doing. The camera isn’t near close enough to see all the fine points.
I wonder if he does this in Excel 2003? Now that would be cool too!!

your forgot to explain that have to install office before vstudio 2005 or u cannot work with office in vs2005
