An alternative to Switch (Recommended for use at a friends place, the library, a computer store or wi-fi hotspot via PDA/Handheld PC) with 5 better sound fonts:

It really saves you from deleting the registry entries for the PLUS version (to reset the trial back to day 1).
read the comments, you’ll see it’s not possible unless you have software to recompose a MIDI from scratch or from an MP3.

I downloaded it, and converted my MIDI to an MP3, but it doesn’t play all of the song like it was before, it’s only playing the bass-line of the song! What’s going on, do you know what I can do?

I use it every time to convert stuff in windows, format to format.
Gnome’s Sound Convert does even more, converts videos to audio (with ALL GStreamer and restricted + common restricted plugins) in ubuntu.
